Anyone have good sources for a free or low-cost work for hire contract template?

I think URLs in the thread are a problem, so maybe the thread can be about what to look for in the contract, and sticky me with links.

Searching Google for "sample work for hire contract" produced a few possibilities. You might try some permutations like "agreement", etc., as well.
