Forum Moderators: not2easy
Get a few screen prints of their site, and yours. Document what you can. Then write a firm, but pleasant e-mail to the webmaster/owner of the site. Ask them to remove your content immediately. No need to be nasty about it, just make it clear that you won't stand by and let your work get hijacked.
I've tried this approach twice and it worked twice. The first time I made a friend and a customer. The second time I ended up feeling like I bit the head off a bat. Nevertheless, my content and name were removed the same day.
If this fails to work, I'm certain that others in this forum will have something to offer.

Welcome to WebmasterWorld, mobileq.
</almost>
I e-mailed the admin and 'advised' I did not give permission to duplicate my pages etc and they have removed the site.
They also had the cheek to ask if I wanted them to remove the whole site or if they could just change the page names and headers to their own name?!
Crazy ;D
Thanks again,
Martin
