I was researching the SE's and ran across a relatively
new site that was using our trademarked name in their
Title.

I found an email and started to write, then had second
thoughts. I picked up the phone and called.

The nice woman on the other end of the line was able to
see how her page title could be slightly altered and still
be relevant, without infringing upon our name. And, I
got her address to send a catalog.

The lesson learned: (I'm sure this is repeated)
Don't fight the competition, network them.

Hoping the rest of the day goes as well.

Nice way to defuse a touchy situation! I think if the infringement appears to be unintentional a soft approach may well work best.
