Terms of permission - is there a standard approach?

Out of my depth here!

My web site is non-commercial and contains a number of images from photographs all taken by me. I have received a request for terms of permission to use "some of your photos of China in a commercial package of China resources."

Apparently this will be an electronic publication and would include some photos, some maps, some stats, some history, and some general information. It would be a resource pack for organizations to use for in house publication, media to use for background information, etc. It would not be a disk of photos, but photos would be included to be used in the sort of publication previously mentioned.

While I'm flattered to think my humble pics are worth using, I have no idea how to proceed. Can anybody offer advice? Is there a standard approach to this sort of request?

try using the creative commons license:
http,//creativecommons.org/license/

at the least you can get some solid ideas.

I have taken the advice given earlier and am now using Creative Commons. Many thanks for the advice.
