My site is not my site

I just thought I'd see if my blog was indexed in google and did a site:www.myblogname.com
and I received 133 results. yea! however, when I look at the results the content is a bunch of spam.

What the heck is going on? And what should I do?

Set your posts or comments so they have to be pre-approved by you before they go live on your blog. Most blogs have this setting somewhere.
