Currency Conversion, Markey Update, Bullion content

I just want to display the

Currency Value USD vs EUR, DOW , NASDAQ and Bullion value on my website.

do you know any source where I can get these values.
I don't want to edit the page daily. I just want to place the content there which will automatically updated by the provider

Does any know how to get the bullion prices ..
any feed/for your webpage etc etc..

live gold prices
London Bullion Market Association (you could at least ask them if they know of any live feeds you can use on your site).

Of course, I may be completely wide of the mark here in understanding exactly what you're looking for - in which case, my apologies.
