"Comprised of" Wrong. It's "composed of" if you're going to use "of." The parts compose the whole. The whole is composed of parts. The whole comprises the parts. The parts are comprised by the whole. The relationship indicated by "compose" and "comprise" is opposite, like black and white.
And a nonexistent word: "Irregardless." If this word did exist, I would guess it to mean, "negligent irrigation" - like leaving the sprinkler on so long that you flood the street. For the intended meaning, "regardless" is completely sufficient, and two letters shorter as well.
