Copying a large part of my page and linking back to me

Hi

I have tonnes of trouble with people plagiarising my site but have pretty much got it under control now. (only 2 or 3 new sites per week)

What I had noticed and ignored (until now) are sites that look like resource or directory type sites and have listed my site. They do this by copying most of the content from the page and then linking back to me.

This would be great except all the links are either rel="nofollow" or use some sort of redirect script thus stopping the flow of PR.

Is this classed as "fair use" or should I try and stop them with a DMCA?

Sounds shifty, I'd stop them, or try to, as they will probably get your site in trouble with the search engines as well.
