Make my template dynamic

Hello guys!

I have designed a template/design for a new website, and I want a good CMS so I can embed my template over it...

I used mediawiki for a while and I restricted the edits from any visitor.. only sysops can edit! but it doesn't seem a friendly idea...

So.. any one knows a good CMS which handles:

1- adding large articles with images
2- SEO
3- good stats features...

It should be easy to edit its skin so I can embed my template...

I am very lazy to code my own CMS and I don't have enough free time...
