Letting people use graphics

Now I want to ask one sites to remove them.

Hi, I allow people to use some graphics from one of my sites as long as they link back. Now one particular site has built a site around a few graphics and put adsense on the pages. I have only recently put a notice up stating that they can't be use for this. But do I have a right to tell this person to remove the graphics? He/she is also using some others that aren't allowed to be used.

Just email them and tell them to remove your images since they are not being used in compliance with your TOS.

If they refuse to remove them, and it's really important to you, spend a little money on a C&D from the lawyer of your choice.

Thats the thing, I put the TOS up after this person built the site.

T&Cs are always "subject to change and amendment without prior notification" ;)

Thanks guys, this one really bugs me. It's one thing to use my graphics on pages with ads but building a whole "made for adsense" site is just to much.
