CMS that is SEO friendly

I am looking for a CMS that is SEO friendly. I would prefer one that I don’t have to download a lot of mod to make it SEO friendly.

What exactly does it do to warrant your enthusiasm.
Puts out beautiful URLs / very crawlable / Automatic site maps? Why do you think it out performs the others for SEO friendliness.

Its templating system in incredibly flexible. You can make it do whatever you want very easily.

Basically maybe less than 1% of output is hardcoded. Meaning you can do whatever you want layout/url wise.
