a basic contract after creating a site

I have got a company to create a site, but now I want it all on paper, like Im the owner with all copyrights, where do I find such one.

Firstly, you should have organised the contract BEFORE you had the site built, not decided you want one as an afterthought.

Secondly, you have confused copyright with licenced use, because no serious web development firm will sign over intellectual property, unless this has been negotiated (and properly compensated for) beforehand.

The only copyright you own is that of your own original material which you supplied to the company for inclusion in the site.

They own copyright to original creations included in your site, and you, by paying them a fee, are licenced to use it, usually exclusively.
