Where to find good experienced writers?

Have been writing my own articles, and am now looking to outsource. Challenge is, my areas are specialist and pretty niche: negotiation, sales, procurement/purchasing and team building. With a sophisticated audience, the writers would need to have direct experience in one or more of these areas - personal business experience or academic.

Where might I find such a soul?!? (Of course, anything for a price - so would prefer not to pay above the odds)

Please advise - even if just a few pointers, or to share a few pertinent job sites.

approch writers of your favorite magazine or leading magazines of your trade, you will be amazed how many are freelancer and actually do accept writing jobs. be focused on the topics you want them to write about.
