im currently working on a website that I would like to have several languages, i have the code sorted for different files to be included depending on the selected language,

i can get all the static content (menus, names, introductions) translated by real people, however this is a community site with lots of new content and updates via news posts,

how do you translate these (news updates) on your site or do you not?,
do you find having different languages on your site improves hits from other countrys?,
how many languages do you have?,
what do you do about forums (in regard to other languages)?,

i think thats all i have at the moment

you asked too many questions at once ..one at a time ( and each in the relevant forum area ) and you'll get some replies

At one point I had three on the site, English, German and French.

For me referals from those two non native languages sites didnt increase.
