"Your ad here" script or service?

Hi,
i'm looking to offer custom advertising on my site. So users can "click here" and submit an ad that they will pay for.

As a service, I know adbright. Do you know similar competitor?

I'm also looking for php scripts that would manage advertising channels, texts, banner, eventually PPC, billing....
