"I would be interested in licensing your content to create my own version of your site to add to my site. It could have your logo in addition to mine and would say something like "Powered by (my site)". Is that something you would be interested in? If so, how much would you charge?"
It would be nice to get our name out there and make a few bucks, but I can see how the duplicated content could hurt us, especially since he will probably plaster ads all over it. Any thoughts?
