If at the end of page Copyright or All rights reserved is not written.
Then it should be considered as FREE to copy and use ...?

That sounds like a leading question. Where exactly are you heading? Has someone 'borrowed' some of your content, or did you see some content you might like to use yourself?

Rolozo, you need to remember that ALL creative output (writing, pictures, symphonies, etc. etc.) is given some copyright protection, even if the creator did not register their work or put a copyright notice up.

So, if you see some material that you want to use, contact the person or company who created it or who holds the rights to it (the creator can give or sell their rights to another entity) and ask for permission to use it. If you see identical content in more than one place, try to trace it back to its source....

In some countries, copyright is granted the very moment the content is created. The notice is moslty a reminder informing you the contents' owners will protect their material. But is is not compulsary.

The copyright notice is simply there to re-state the owners copyright. You can't simply use content from anywhere unless your are given permission.

If two sites have the same content, it means that at least one of them has copied content. Or perhaps both sites copied it from another source. Of course, one or both sites could have obtained permission from the copyright holder, so duplicate content isn't always obtained illegally.
