Hi All,

I deal with online marketing and my work is dependant on the theory of CPC.

I make a duplicate site of my client and present it to the web world with online marketing/SEO etc...

The referals which I get through those sites are diverted to my client, once I keep track of the count.

SO for all this purpose, i need to create duplicate/mirror site. My problem is, will I be penalised for such content by search engines?

How to overcome this problem.

I myself thought, to an foolish extent, like, if I change the meta tags and use h1 + alt + title, paragraph tags, I can make my text changed a bit and in this process would disguise the content as original and hence not be penalised by Search Engines.

Could any please comment and suggest me the ways to overcome this problem.

Thanks in advance.

Ya. Don't so it. There's no publicly known strict formula for duplicate content penalty application. It's a "try and die" situation. The most direct approach to learning the answers to questions like these is to run 100s of sites and do lots of testing - and then exploit the heck out of your intelligence - that is, until the SE engineers learn of the exploit and shut you down.
