I am in the process of trying to put together from scratch a cms article content system that will allow me from my database to upload articles pertaining to my industry.

I am looking for some guidance. I need to know what is the best way to set it up so that it is very search engine spider friendly?

I am looking for specifics as to how to accomplish this?
