Tool for finding your jacked content

A few weeks ago I read a post about duplicate content. Someone posted a link to a website tool. You type in a URL and this tool finds websites using the same content as the URL you querying. Does this sound familiar? Would someone please point me in the direction of that tool?

I subscribe to CopyScape's service. It does a really good job of tracking down copyright infringement. It is well worth the subscription fee.
