Find Stolen or Scraped Content Automatically

Hi,

Does anyone know of an application that can query searchengines automatically to find duplicate (stolen) content.

Has anyone build one or have otherwise experience with it.

Scraping and stealing is a big problem for me at the moment and I spend hours to track the offenders down. This costs to much time and I would like to automate at least the search process.
