I have a samsung scha650 (verizon). I also have iPaq. The latter dials in and displays websites, and I'm trying to make websites mobile-compatible. Do mobile phones DISPLAY websites, or are they just agents to pass info to a nearby computer? Do I need to prepare for such a small screen? If so, is there a means by which I may test via local cable between home laptop and phone without going to the great expense of verizon's internet service?
