For ex. mp3 player, mobile phones, etc...

They are on all sites... so do they buy them or how to aquire them legally?

Or its copy to just copy the pics from the manifactures site or anywhere?

Thanks

In each and every case, you must ask permission.

If you copy one of my electronic diagrams for example, one annotated with years of experience
and forget to credit the source, I will follow you to the ends of the earth to set things
right even if it costs me more than it costs you.

so should i ask nokia motorola sony ericsson samsung... to use their pics and write reviews for examples about it?

Its ok to do it... but would they all respond?

Plus when i write or put pics on their products, then its like free advertising or something...

and what about the 1000 sites that have those pics already?

Look on their sites in About/PR sections. Many companies offer images of their products there.
