Review Script and viewreview.php

Hi,

I am looking for a script that will let me do DVD reviews, but it doesn't have to be a fully-featured CMS. Something more basic is fine.

I see a lot of review sites have pages like viewreview.php?id=22 ...what CMS are they using? I did a search and it seems like vbPortal, but are there others that do that?
