Hi,
I recently noticed a new concurent site that copied the entire forum structure (forums and subforums names plus sticky topics titles) from my site.
I am not that happy with that because it took me more than 1 year to come up with few original ideas.
Is this a common practice, I do not know if it is ok.
I have a copyright note on the bottom of all pages throughout the site.
What should I do? Thanks for your help!

Regards!

If the messages were posted by unregistered guests then they just used a script to populate the forums most likely.

As for copying the structure of your forums, welcome to the club. It happens alot unfortunately. Unfortunately there is not alot that you can do about it unless you can prove that your are suffering a loss of some sort because of their actions.

However you can contact their hosting company and tell them about the issue. Most web hosts will shut down sites that do something like this because they fear lawsuits or complaints.
