Free Sports feeds

Does anyone where I can get free up to date sports articles on a daily basis to be used on my sports forum site. My site is free and is just a place for sports freaks to hang out and chat...

Does anyone know of any place to receive sports score feeds as well.?

A google search for rss news feeds or sports news feeds will get you lots of results but Reuters would be my first choice.
The rss info is on there homepage lower left menu.

Actually , i should have mentioned Washington post ( log in required ) instead of Reuters, Ive been using the java feed from WP because its super quick to add and reuters is only rss and isnt available for free if your commercial.
PS I should say thanks for reminding me, its been a while since i logged in to WP and forgot they have all kinds of feeds from sports to entertainment.

I use google alerts as a means of getting a daily source of news articles relating to a particular topic.

Most news sites also have an "e-mail me when this topic comes up" type free service.
