Yahoo TOS and legal implications?

Does anyone know if Yahoo's TOS would actually hold up in court? Does having that in writing actually provide them the license to use the material posted there in any manner they deem fit without any recourse available to the poster?

What part are you asking about in particular?

It certainly gives tham a lot of rights, and I am fairly certain that at least most of it would stand up of not all of it.

Your best bet would be to avoid posting anything that you care all that much about maintaining control over. And not just to yahoo, but any site where you do not have complete control over the licensing, including here at webmaster world.
