Im planning on entering a film into video contests where money can be earned. I am also planning on entering the video online where any viewers can watch the movie.
The actors may be minors so this relase is primarely for them. I was wondering if anyone had a release form they use that i would be able to use also for the use of minors.

You might try searching for "model release", "sample model release", or "minor model release" and see if you find something you can adapt to your needs. If you are working with minors, the release will presumably need to be signed by a parent or guardian. I'd recommend that your attorney review what you come up with and the procedure for signing - this is a touchy area that could get expensive if you don't do it right.
