Finding PHP Programs

I am interested in implimenting a feature on one of my sites that allows people to upload and download music. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we'd like to find an already written PHP program that we can integrate into our site for this. We'd be willing to purchase a license to do so, or perhaps even use a free one if it was done well.

Does anyone know where I can look to find such a program? I'm also interested in finding a PHP program already written for blogging as well.

Thanks.

Have you tried the Open Source projects yet? One of the first places you might search for Open Source (free) projects is sourceforge.net. 9 times out of 10 you'll find something that may suit your needs. There are a few others as well, a quick search should turn up quite a few options.

It was easy to find one for blogging, and one for a forum/bulletin board - at hotscripts and php.resourceindex.com. But I haven't had any luck finding something for downloading/uploading music. We'd like to have a music player on our site where people can listen to music that other people have uploaded. Any ideas? Sourceforge didn't seem to have anything either.
