I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on distributing free content to webmasters and web sites. I think this would be perfect for sites like portals or any other site looking to increase their "stickiness".

Best way to do that is to write articles and inlcude your bio and site links in the credits. Then look for email newsletters and sites that post such articles. There is even some directories of articles that you can submit to for free and whoever is intersted would pick it up.
