Tracing a Copyright Agent

A customer of these domains (using <snip> nameservers) is violating our copyright, having taken several articles from our site without permission, and is displaying them on their domain.

Neither of these hosting services replies to polite DMCA notices to any of the addresses given in their Whois data, or any of the email addresses given on their websites.

Nor do either of them have any Copyright Agent listed on the Official US Copyright site.

This kind of behaviour is typical of dodgy hosting companies desperate to keep even customers who are breaking the law.

Does anyone know how to trace a Copyright Agent and their contact details?
