I have read nearly all topics of this forum and i liked them but i found that mostly they were about the Microsoft operating system.

go to google and search for linux and virus and read the links you find there. There are several good articles including one called 'The ELF Virus Writing HOWTO'.

And while you're on it, better look for worm attacks, not virus; there has not been an actual virus outbreak for Linux as long as I can remember.

The only linux related worm outbreaks I can remember are Lion, Ramen and Slammer. I think there were probably one or two big ones more. Look for those names and go to the usual security sites (CERT, etc).

There have been worms that affect Linux, but I don't think anyone has ever spotted a Linux virus in the wild!

Thanks for information.

I think Linux Operating systems are the best OS which are well protected.
