You won't find a "graphical FTP server". You might find an FTP server with a "graphical administration tool".

I wouldn't recommend this if you're just starting out. Get in the trenches and learn how to set up the files yourself. It will be easier if you have to diagnose the problem down the line.

There are MANY FTP services available for UNIX. You'll probably want to Google for them, as they all have varying capabilities and levels of security.
