Apache died!

Worked before, after power surge, gone like that

Hi everybody.

I have just recently set up an Apache HTTP server on my Ubuntu computer, and I followed a few things found on [ubuntuguide.org,...] and everything was working fine as far as my global IP address redirecting to my local IP address and my DynDNS domain being routed to my server, but now (after a power surge), all my server serves to is [localhost...] and my local IP (192.168.0.3). Any help? Thanks!
