Can't believe I did that. I actually don't even know what I did. I was working in bluefish writing an article for a web site and suddenly my computer flashed a bit and I needed to log back in. And no, I guess I hadn't saved what I was working on for a while. But before I start all over I thought I would ask if anyone knows a way to recover what I lost?

Does Bluefish have an autosave feature that was creating a backup file as you worked? Otherwise, I don't know of a way to recover an unsaved file. But, I'm far from being a *nix guru, so perhaps one of the more *nix experienced WW members will post and give you better news.

Thanks! I ended up giving up on it and just starting over. Bluefish does have an autosave, but I think I screwed it up by opening the file back up and making a couple changes without thinking. Oh well. Usually I do save everything frequently, but I guess I was so into it yesterday I didn't think about it!
