How long does it take to install

Wondered if someone might know how long it would take to install a SSL certificate on an Apache server. My webhosting company is quoting me $100.00 to $250.00 just to install my certificate. That seems a little steep! I did not think there was much to it but I could be wrong. Anyone Know?

I have done it in 15 minutes and I have seen it take a day.
They can be tricky depending on what else is going on. I can't tell you if your quote is to high or not, but it is something that needs to be done right and should be tested on several different browsers. Especialy IE 5.0

Does that include the cost of the certificate?

If that includes the cost of the certificate, that is actually a good price. Certificate authorization is a bit of a oligopoly.

No I am paying for the certificate on top of the installation fee
