Novell is making no bones about it; the company is attacking SCO in court with everything it has in an attempt to land a knock-out punch.
Grab some popcorn, people. This has all the makings of a knock-down-drag-out brawl. Following the "if you come after me, you'd better kill me ... 'cause if I ain't dead, you're in a heap of trouble" philosophy, Novell is countersuing SCO in their Unix license court battle ... and I like their approach! It could cripple SCO even as the case plays out.
