when i type stop+A to get the ok prompt and try to fsck a slice i get this:

fsck?

ok

I need to type stop+A because if i don't the servers restarts all over again and again, but the thing here is that i don't know why i can't use the fsck command?

any guess will help

Thanks,
Mikel

From the ok prompt, try boot -s to boot into single user mode. Then fsck from the # prompt.

You can't use fsck because the Stop+A key combination gets you to nvram, where you set low-level things. It's not a "break" from the shell. From there you can do a variety of things. Just type "help" to see what you can do.
