Need to send http request through another computer

i have got two computers . I would like to enable http access of the first computer via the second computer. That is the first computer is not connected to internet .The second computer is connected to default gateway(internet). let me know how to do it . what all files in the /etc directory i need to configure . let me know :)

Do you mean you would like the outside world to see a webserver running on the "first" computer?
Or
Do you meant you want the "first" computer to be allowed to access the outside world? (http)

Both situations are similar, and they require to to turn on IP Forwarding and NAT. There are lots of articles on how to do this.
