Need cPanel look-a-like

Just got our own dedicated server and....

They do supply a proprietary brand of user control panel which allows us to set up all the domains we want but absolutely useless after having has cPanel before with a shared hosting deal
Anyone let me know a viable alternative so we can get most of the presentation,ease of use and possibility to give reseller accounts eventually without paying $55 per month for cPanel or buying it outright!
(Not looking necessarily for free programs just something priced more realistically)

Webmin is free, but I sure do like cpanel.
You might also look into Plesk (not free)

Webmin is definatly a nice choice, although not entirely geared towards hosting. I feel webmin may be better suited to a system admin rather than a hosting admin. although it does make it nice and easy to set up virtual hosts etc.
