Windows Linux Problem

I am new with linux and i need help about web server and DNS bind

I have Windows xp for internet server and linux redhat 9 for web server i want to have web access to my linux system.

apache works
php works
in localhost mode

and have setup linux gateway same with xp gateway
i have internet access in my linux system what i must do?
