I have several email addresses from different domains, each with their own smtp server. I've set up the accounts through evolution with their correct smtp information, but everytime I send out mail, it always sends out email with my isp account. In outlook, each time I sent an email I could choose which account I wanted it sent from. My isp is designated as the default account in evol., but when I tried to not make it the default, it wouldn't let me. It must require one to be the default.

Is it possible to set up email with evolution to send email from which ever account I want?

This is not an answer, but you should be able to send out via your ISP's SMTP server for all of your addresses - the return address will show up just fine for each one. Generally speaking this is best practice - you don't need to use a different SMTP server for each address, and many ISP's block port 25 anyway.

That's what I use to have to do anyway, because my host didn't have smtp servers for us to use, so I had to use the isp one. I'll have to send some more test emails to myself, but I when I tried it before, either it didn't send the mail or something. On the other hand, I'm using a new isp now on this computer too. The other one I could use my hosting smtp servers, maybe this isp doesn't allow it - blocks port 25 maybe?

That took care of it! Just didn't think about it when I first set up my email in Evolution, since I had been using my hosts smtp servers for so long.
