Is there a Non Internet Mysql Front End

While not exactly a webmaster question, I am looking for a non-internet, non-php front end to Mysql.

I have used m$ access and am moving the whole copany away from any M$ product. We have some database applications developed in house using access, and I would like to move them over to Mysql.

Any advice based on experience?

You can use any language that can access ODBC. You can also do it in JAVA.
