My email is hosted on a Linux server running sendmail. For example, when the server submits any request from forms on the website, the initial request comes from a different webserver however since none of the Windows servers have any mail services running on them, the requests are relayed to a Linux server which is just an alias. It seems the problem with the addresses that are receiving a bounce back is because their mailservers are having
trouble distinguishing the actual orgin of the server. Maybe, their mailservers are having problems distinguishing which is the actual mailserver that the email should be coming from and that the two other mailservers do not like that the email is being relayed on a different server other than the webserver. Is there some sort of workaround or has anyone encountered this problem.
