Converstion Tool/Counter

What's the best?

I'm currently on Overture and I'm using their free 'Conversion Counter'. I hear it's not always reliable, but I've looked at many many others and they all are either a)way too expensive (like over 1k!) ... and/or b)don't actually correctly log Conversions.

All I want is a program that will log which phrases I have bidded on are actually 'converting' (for me a conversion is when somebody fills out a form and lands on the 'thank you' confirmation page) - surely I'm not asking too much?

As I say I'm using Overture's free tool but there are other UK PPC search engines that I staying clear of, because they dont even have a conversion tool. I don't see the point in bidding for 100s of keywords if you have no idea which are working and which arn't.

I'm guessing there arn't any very good programs out at this moment in time, which is a shame, as it means I can only use Overture & Google (at least these companies have taken the trouble in helping their customers with this tool).

Any advice would be great.
