I've installed a gallery and was told that I needed a graphics converter called netpbm. I've looked at doumentation and they seem to assume you know how to "install" it.
I downloaded the lastest version and it's no .exe. It's called a "17" file. I have no clues.
Does anyone out there have this and how did you install it?
Thank you so much,

Hi there,
I suppose you are writing about the gallery downloadable at soundforge.
Try using ImageMagick instead, if not, download the netbpm binaries from the gallery homepage unzip to a folder, upload to your server and specify the path to the folder where you uploaded netbpm when configuring Gallery.
Make sure you choose the right OS for your installation.
Hope that helps.
I've downloaded the binaries (afaik) it's hard to tell exactly what I'm downloading on that site. The thing I don't get is, I unzipped it, and it's one long filename called netpbm1.1-gallery1.0-linux2.2-redhat6.
Did I take a wrong turn? I was quite sure I downloaded the binaries file. There's no readme either.
