using/printing pdfs from director

loading acrobat from cd takes too long

Hi

i've created a project in director which is a sales cd-rom displaying product datasheets in pdf format using the pdfxtra for director.

when ditributing the project on cd, the acrobat reader is also on the cd next to the projector/main director movies. However launching acrobat takes too long at the start. once it is open it is fine and opens the pdfs ok when in the products section. its just at the start, when director launches the acrobat reader from cd it takes too long.

any suggestions to make it open quicker or using a different method would be really helpful.

hmmm I never tried this before in Director. Is it this way from all computers running the CDRom? How are you launching Acrobat?
