Flash menu to XML?

Can a Flash menu be converted to XML based document?
ActionScript may easily be converted to JavaScript. However, both Flash and JavaScript menu are not followable by search engine spiders... So, I would like to convert existing Flash menu to XML based document style. Is it possible? Is there any useful tool?

Do you want to create the menu from an XML document or create the XML from the menu? Is the menu built dynamically?

I want to create a new menu using XML from exsiting Flash menu. The Flash menu is built dynamicaly.
