Presedia Express enables non-technical professionals to use existing office productivity tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, annotate their presentations with audio, and combine these two elements into a streaming Macromedia Flash application delivered via a hosted or licensed solution. The Express hosted and licensed offering will immediately be sold and supported by Macromedia.

Just to think, all those Power Point people will be able to bombard everyone with Flash presentations, instead. A smart move on Macromedia's part. The possibilities for online learning are fantastic, and the means to create them will be so much more familiar to PP users. (I sure don't miss enduring Power Point presentations, though. Blue background screens and bulleted lists give me nightmares.)
I'll have to zip on over to Macromedia for more info. I'm not sure what they mean by "Express Hosted". It appears that once you are a licensed user/developer, then your presentations are broadcasted by their host after uploading? Maybe I'm missing something really important.
