There is a nice little colour association generator here [sessions.edu].

These apps can be sometimes useful if you are looking for that sometimes elusive third or fourth colour for your design!

This is also very, very nifty: [nattyware.com...]

It gives you all the HEX, CMYK, HSV, RGB info of any colour you mouse over- runs in a little layer on your screen- easy to get rid of or hide. Saved me hours.

One more I like: [colorschemer.com...]

ColorSchemer is good, but it doesn't work in any version of Netscape (at least none of the 3 I've got). I'm not sure about any of the other browsers, 'cause I gave up and only use it with IE.

I really do like it, in spite of the IE necessity! ;)

There were a whole bunch of great online color tools in this thread:

[webmasterworld.com...]

Also includes a great discussion about color blindness, and some links for online tools to help design colorblind-friendly pages!

My favorite color picker from that thread:

[mundidesign.com...]

You drag colors from the websafe palette to the display area at the right, and you can toggle the display for two different 3-color colorblock diaplys or a mock page layout showing how the colors look together.

(It's a great link to send to clients with impossible color demands... "Look, here are my limitations for your website color palette. Understand now?")
